Baker notes:
I had some extra dough at the end so I got curious how they will turn out in the air fryer. Wow, I was surprised. The cookie had a fluffier texture and just a hint of a crispy edge. So win-win, oven or air fryer and you get two different textures and fabulous cookies.
Let the cookies cool off completely before putting them in an air tight container. Store at room temperature for 1 to 2 days and in the fridge for up to 5 days.
Tools:
- Cookie Sheet: USA Pan
- Cookie Scoop: Oxo medium
- Stand-Up Mixer: Bosch Universal

Skills:
- These cookies can be cooked in the air fryer at 300 degrees Fahrenheit for 9 minutes on the manual setting. I use the Cosori air fryer, 5.8 qt. So the temperature and baking time might be different for other types.
