    • Two Tomahawk steaks with grill marks searing with flames under them on the BBQ grill grate.

    • Grilled T-bones and top sirloin steaks are a favorite here. When they're thick, I reverse sear them on the BBQ. Reverse searing on the BBQ is easily done, it starts with a low and slow, a rest, and then a high-heat sear to grill the steaks to perfection.

    • The finishing touch to the reverse sear, searing the bone in ribeye steak over a bed of burning natural charcoal.

    • What makes Quesadillas a crowd favorite is how easy and versatile they can be. The flavor combinations are endless, make them spicy or savory, cook from fresh, or use those leftovers. And now the griddle is here to make them even easier, faster, and tastier.

    • Breakfast meat on the Blackstone has been a game changer. Everything is done in one place, i.e. "one pan", more flavor, fewer dishes. Our favorites are by far bacon, sausage links, and sausage patties. Oh by the way, clean-up is a breeze.

    • It is so easy to do Scrambled Eggs on the Blackstone. The best is you can make a bunch and each to order, from meat lovers to veggie. You get a wonderful texture and I find using "LOW" to one mark above lets me be able to cook various styles of eggs. It also makes it easier to add additional toppings to the scrambled eggs on the Blackstone. You are going to love the simplicity of being able to cook a full breakfast you thought only possible at a restaurant.

    • Thin cut chicken breast fillets grilling on the BBQ with a golden color from the honey mustard marinade and grill marks.

    • Yes, you can griddle your own crispy and warm tortillas to make Taco Shells on the Blackstone. You are going to love how easy this is. You can pick whatever tortillas you want from gluten-free to spinach. Our favorites are corn and flour. The flour tortillas have the advantage of various sizes. So you can make some "Big" tacos or tasty street tacos. The corn can be shaped into shells or heck do fajitas. Don't forget, you choose if the tortilla shells are crispy or soft.

    • Flank Steak grilled on the Blackstone is a great way for a fun and savory meal done all outdoors. Our marinade is easy to make and brings out the natural flavor of the steak. The whole recipe, including the sides, is done on the griddle. Best of all, each of the steps flows into the next. The only time you need to watch the clock is for grilling the flank steak.

    • I used the shank ham because of the sweet flavor and less fat. Our glave is made with ingredients right in the cupboard or easily purchased at the store. You just whip it up while the double smoked ham is cooking. Now the smoking wood I used was hickory for its traditional intense smoke that adds sweetness and a hint of bacon.

    • Smoked sirloin tip roast with Dijon mustard sauce marinade sliced and ready to serve. It is a perfect medium rare.

    • 12 smoked chicken drumsticks on the BBQ grill

    • Choose your favorite smoking wood to have smoked sausage done in a few hours. You can easily make smoked bratwurst and smoked Italian sausage at the same time. Eight sausages smoked on the smoker's grill grate.

    • The Big Green Egg smoking a pork butt with our BBQ rub that has a dark red mahogany color with a deep crack in the fat cap. Once finished smoking you get Big Green Egg pulled pork with our BBQ rub. It is such a tasty option for making a pulled pork burger.

    • A plate of crispy and tender chuck roast burnt ends with macaroni salad, buns, and pepperoncini ready to be enjoyed.

    • Cheesy garlic bread in the air fryer: have you ever tried it? A simple and tasty recipe that can be the perfect side dish to a main course or served as an appetizer. It is the type of recipe where you decide how much garlic or cheese you want.
