    BBQ recipes

We love doing homestyle recipes with our BBQ rubs on a charcoal BBQ for everyone to enjoy. The BBQ grill can do a beautiful sear on a bone in ribeye steak, to being used as a charcoal smoker with your favorite smoking wood. The BBQ gives you a choice of charcoals. So, go with natural charcoal for the smokehouse flavor it provides to a low and slow sirloin tip roast or when you kick up the heat for grilled T-bones.

    • The finishing touch to the reverse sear, searing the bone in ribeye steak over a bed of burning natural charcoal.

    • Searing a smoked ribeye with the smokers flame broiler. This recipe can be done on a charcoal BBQ too.

    • Choose your favorite smoking wood to have smoked sausage done in a few hours. You can easily make smoked bratwurst and smoked Italian sausage at the same time. Eight sausages smoked on the smoker's grill grate.

    • The Big Green Egg smoking a pork butt with our BBQ rub that has a dark red mahogany color with a deep crack in the fat cap. Once finished smoking you get Big Green Egg pulled pork with our BBQ rub. It is such a tasty option for making a pulled pork burger.

    • Light, creamy, fluffy, and fully loaded twice-baked potatoes are a scrumptious treat. They are ideal for a lite meal or a side dish packed with flavor. The potato skin is thin and crisp like a homemade chip. The combination of the ingredients with the potato meat gives each bite a delightful freshness. You are going to be tempted to use this mixture for your next mashed potato recipe.

    • I used the shank ham because of the sweet flavor and less fat. Our glave is made with ingredients right in the cupboard or easily purchased at the store. You just whip it up while the double smoked ham is cooking. Now the smoking wood I used was hickory for its traditional intense smoke that adds sweetness and a hint of bacon.

    • Smoked Cream Cheese is the magic treat you didn't know you were missing until you taste it for the first time. It is a quick appetizer to prepare and the flavor can be adapted to your preference.

    • These are the BEST and EASIEST Smoked Chicken Thighs we ever made. The slightly caramelized BBQ sauce on the skin makes every bite sweet and tender with a hint of smoke.

    • Grilled T-bones and top sirloin steaks are a favorite here. When they're thick, I reverse sear them on the BBQ. Reverse searing on the BBQ is easily done, it starts with a low and slow, a rest, and then a high-heat sear to grill the steaks to perfection.

    • I love it when we have a tasty and easy recipe to share like Smoked Baked Potatoes. These potatoes come out fluffy and buttery with the classic smoke flavor of mesquite. The cooking time is not much different than the oven, and it lets you use it for something else. Mark this recipe because when you want a baked potato, you are going to want to do them on the BBQ or smoker. Just look at how tender, fluffy, and buttery these smoked baked potatoes are. The best for me is the skin. I usually don’t eat the skin. Until we started smoking them. The skin is perfectly crispy like a chip or a crispy potato skin.

    • Seared perfectly, these Grilled Boneless Chicken Thighs are tender and flavorful. Our chicken marinade brings the right balance of sweet and savory in every bite. The marinade is easy to make and best of all you can have the thighs marinate overnight to just a few hours before grilling. I bet you have the brown sugar and soy sauce in the house right now. Let's get grilling.
