    Ingredients
      

    • 2 ½ cups walnuts, shelled
    • 1 tablespoon olive oil
    • ½ teaspoon salt
    • 3 tablespoons honey
    • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (Optional)

    Instructions
     

    • Preheat the air fryer at 320℉ for 2 – 3 minutes.
    • In a large mixing bowl, add the walnuts, olive oil, and salt. Mix until all the walnuts are coated.
    • Pour the honey and mix well.
    • Place the walnuts in the preheated air fryer and cook at 320℉ for 6 minutes. Shake the walnuts halfway through.
    • Pour the honey roasted walnuts onto a plate and spread them evenly. Allow the walnuts to cool completely before storing them.
    • Store the walnuts in an airtight container until you are ready to use them.
