    Recipes for the Holidays

    • Flank Steak grilled on the Blackstone is a great way for a fun and savory meal done all outdoors. Our marinade is easy to make and brings out the natural flavor of the steak. The whole recipe, including the sides, is done on the griddle. Best of all, each of the steps flows into the next. The only time you need to watch the clock is for grilling the flank steak.

    • It is so easy to do Scrambled Eggs on the Blackstone. The best is you can make a bunch and each to order, from meat lovers to veggie. You get a wonderful texture and I find using "LOW" to one mark above lets me be able to cook various styles of eggs. It also makes it easier to add additional toppings to the scrambled eggs on the Blackstone. You are going to love the simplicity of being able to cook a full breakfast you thought only possible at a restaurant.

    • Breakfast meat on the Blackstone has been a game changer. Everything is done in one place, i.e. "one pan", more flavor, fewer dishes. Our favorites are by far bacon, sausage links, and sausage patties. Oh by the way, clean-up is a breeze.

    • Smoked Cream Cheese is the magic treat you didn't know you were missing until you taste it for the first time. It is a quick appetizer to prepare and the flavor can be adapted to your preference.

    • These are the BEST and EASIEST Smoked Chicken Thighs we ever made. The slightly caramelized BBQ sauce on the skin makes every bite sweet and tender with a hint of smoke.

    • Cooked low and slow with sweet pecan wood, these Smoked Meatballs are our favorite BBQ flavor bombs this summer. The cheese brings a whole new level of flavor and texture.

    • If you have a griddle in the backyard and wonder what to make for dinner, this Blackstone Chicken Fried Rice is for you. This chicken fried rice is perfect for those nights when you have no idea what to make for dinner and don't want to order pizza.

    • Grilled T-bones and top sirloin steaks are a favorite here. When they're thick, I reverse sear them on the BBQ. Reverse searing on the BBQ is easily done, it starts with a low and slow, a rest, and then a high-heat sear to grill the steaks to perfection.
