If you are looking for a fun and kid-approved lunch that is simple, easy and so tasty, don’t look anywhere else. This easy air fryer pizza with biscuit dough is the solution.

Not only can the kids help you build them, but they will be asking for more. The pizza/biscuit dough is already done. All you have to do is add your favorite toppings.

Why we love Air Fryer Pizza

I was fortunate to live in Italy for a few years and I experienced the most incredible pizza you can imagine. So it is important for me to create fun, tasty treats for everyone to enjoy. The Italians taught me that pizza can be simple or as creative as you want. This is what we love about pizza. You can create your own and the kids can too.

Let’s make some easy air fryer pizza.

    Ingredients
    this recipe
    • 1 can (8 oz) original flaky layers biscuits
    • 1/2 cup marinara sauce
    • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
    • 1 tablespoon melted butter
    • 4 oz (approximately 20 slices) pepperoni cut in quarters
    Directions
    1. Open your can of biscuits and separate them. Take 2 and put the rest back in the fridge
    2. With the 2 biscuits, carefully separate them in half. So you have 4 discs or pizza
    3. Brush on each of them some butter.
    4. Add the marinara sauce, about 2 teaspoons per pizza
    5. Sprinkle some of the cheese.
    6. Top with pepperoni pieces.
    7. Bake in the air fryer at 400 degrees F on manual setting for 5-6 minutes or until the cheese is melted
    8. Once they are done, put on a cooling rack to cool while you cook the other ones.
    9. Repeat step 2 to 7 until you have 16 little pizzas.

    Baker’s notes

I keep my dough refrigerated until I am ready to make the pizza or cook them. It allows the dough to keep it’s flaky texture.

When 4 of them are out, you can place them in your oven preheated at 225 degrees F to keep warm. Just make sure to keep an eye on them.

While my first batch is cooking, I like to get my second one prepared and ready to go.
