  • Air Fryer

  • 1 demi-baguette or any bread you like
  • 2 tablespoons salted butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 3 slices provolone cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup shredded Parmigiano we love using freshly grated Parmigiano as it melts really good.

  • Cut the demi-baguette in half. Make sure it will fit into your air fryer. If you are not using a baguette, get enough bread out that will fit in your air fryer.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter and mix in the garlic powder. Mix until the powder is well blended in the butter.
  • Brush the butter mixture on the cut bread. If you don't have a pastry brush, a butter knife works just as well.
  • With a knife, spread 1/2 teaspoon of crushed garlic on each bread piece. Don't be tempted to add more, a little of crushed garlic goes a long way.
  • Cut your provolone cheese slices to fit on the buttered garlic bread. In my case, I cut the slices in half.
  • Add the shredded mozzarella evenly on each bread, covering as much as you can.
  • Sprinkle some Parmigiano cheese on top of the mozzarella.
  • Sprinkle some dried parsley on top of the bread.
  • Put your bread pieces in the air fryer basket and bake at 330 degrees F for 8 minutes or until nice and golden.
  • Cut and serve warm!
