The Kitchen Bucket List loves quick, easy, and simple snacks. These honey-roasted pistachios are a family favorite with four ingredients and are roasted in 10 minutes.
Add pistachios, olive oil, and honey in a large mixing bowl and mix until the pistachios are all coated.
Sprinkle the salt over the mixture and mix well.
Pour the mixture into the air fryer basket.
Air fry at 320℉ for 5 minutes.
Mix the pistachios and air fry for an additional 5 minutes.
Pour the honey-roasted pistachios onto a cookie sheet and spread them evenly to allow them to cool and crisp up a bit.
Once cooled you can enjoy them or keep them in an airtight container for 4 - 5 days.
Notes
Once the pistachios are roasted, they will be hot and sticky. When pouring onto a cookie sheet to cool down, spread them evenly so they don't all stick together.
