1teaspoonvanilla paste(substitute with vanilla extract)
½cupmini chocolate chips
½cup chocolate chunks
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, whisk the flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger. Set aside.
Add the mini chocolate chips and chocolate chunks to the dry mixture. Mix until all chocolate pieces are coated with flour.
In a separate large mixing bowl, mix the brown sugar, granulated sugar, butter, egg, and vanilla paste. Mix until all ingredients are combined.
Add the dry mixture to the wet mixture in 2 increments.
Combine until the dry mixture is all incorporated, and you don't see any more dry flour.
Using a medium cookie scoop (1 ½ tablespoons), scoop the dough into balls.
Place the dough on the parchment paper in the air fryer basket leaving 1 inch in between each one.
Air fry at 320 degrees F for 9 -11 minutes until golden.
Leave the cookies in the air fryer for 1-2 minutes to allow the residual heat to finish cooking the cookies perfectly.

Notes
All air fryers will cook differently according to their size and brand. If you know your air fryer cooks hotter, you may need to adjust time and temperature slightly.When placing the dough ball into the air fryer basket you can slightly press them down with the back of a spoon.
