Instructions
Doughnuts
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
Spray oil on a donut pan.
In a large bowl with a hand mixer, combine all the ingredients. Mix until all ingredients are blended.
Pour the batter into a piping bag. (This step makes it easier for pouring into the donut pan)
Cut the end tip of the piping bag when ready to pipe.
Pipe each of the prepared doughnut pan to 2/3 full.
Bake for 8 minutes or until the donuts are nice and golden
The donuts should be golden brown, and when insert a toothpick it comes out clean.
Allow the donuts to cool off for 2-3 minutes in the pan.
Take the donuts out of the pan on a cooling rack.
Repeat steps 6 to 10 until you have used all the batter. I like to re-oil my pan in between each batch.
Glaze
In a large bowl, combine all the ingredientsfor the glaze.
Assemble
Dip half of each donut in the glaze.
Sprinkle the rainbow sprinkles if you so desire.
Serve and Enjoy!
