large tortillas

shredded rotisserie chicken
½
cup
bacon bits
3
tablespoons
ranch seasoning
1
cup
shredded Colby Jack
4
tablespoons
ranch dressing

Oil for the griddle
Instructions
Preheat the griddle to medium-low (350℉).
Add bacon bits to the griddle and grill for 2 minutes.
Add chicken and sprinkle ranch seasoning.
Mix and cook for 3 to 4 minutes until the chicken is warmed through.
If the chicken is drying out, add some oil, 1 - 2 tablespoons.
Set the bacon chicken mixture aside.
Warm the tortilla for 1 minute on each side.
Add ½ cup cheese and ½ cup bacon chicken mixture.
For extra cheesy, add some cheese on top, ¼ cup.
Fold the tortilla and grill for 1 ½ to 2 minutes, then gently flip.
Grill for an additional 1 - 2 minutes or until the bacon chicken ranch quesadilla is golden to your liking and the cheese is melted.
Open the quesadilla and add 1 tablespoon of ranch dressing.
Cool for 1 - 2 minutes to let the cheese set.
Serve and enjoy!
Notes
I used rotisserie chicken. If you're cooking chicken from scratch, make sure to cook the chicken before adding it to the bacon bits.
