Easy mini Air Fryer Cinnamon Rolls with crescent dough

  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent dough sheet
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • ½ cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 3 tablespoons heavy cream


  • Butter a 6x6 inch baking pan. Set aside.
  • On a floured surface, roll the crescent dough into a rectangle, approximately 13 x 17 inches.
  • Brush melted butter on the dough.
  • Sprinkle brown sugar evenly, leaving a border, about 1/2 inch, with no sugar around the dough.
  • Sprinkle cinnamon and granulated sugar over the brown sugar.
  • Roll the dough tightly.
  • Cut into 1-inch pieces. I cut both ends off. Then it leaves 17 pieces of mini rolls
  • Place each piece into the pan. Bake in the air fryer at 320 degrees F on a manual setting for 7 to 8 minutes or until golden.
  • Let it cool for 2-3 minutes then pour the glaze over (recipe below)
