packed light brown sugar

cake flour

teaspoon

semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350℉.
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat if you have one.
In a large mixing bowl, with a hand mixer, cream together butter, cream cheese, and both sugars for about 2 minutes.
Add the egg and the vanilla extract. Mix until the ingredients are all incorporated. Set aside.
In a medium bowl, whisk together cake flour, baking soda, and salt.
Add the chocolate chips and mix until they are all coated with flour mixture.
Slowly add, approximately ⅓ of the flour mixture to the wet ingredients. Mix until all flour is incorporated. Repeat 2 more times. Do not over mix.
With the large cookie scoop, scoop the dough into balls and place them on the prepared cookie sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10 - 12 minutes or until the edges are golden.
Cool on the cookie sheet for 2 - 3 minutes, before transferring to a cooling rack.
