Easy homemade eggnog that is smooth with a light creamy texture and just a hint of vanilla. You can have it chilling in under 20 minutes. Remember to add nutmeg for that Christmas pizazz. Yum!
Place the egg yolks into the cooking pot of the Ninja Foodi.
Add the sugar and the milk and whisk the mixture well. Place the slider in the Air Fryer/Stove Top mode and select the Sear/Saute function. Place the heat on #2. Place the candy thermometer in the egg mixture.
Cook and mix continuously until the temperature reaches 150 degrees F., about 15 minutes.
At 150 degrees F., please remove the mixture from the heat and add the heavy cream, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Mix until all is combined.NOTE: Please be careful. Use heatproof mitts to remove the hot pot from the body of the Foodi.
Let the mixture cool to room temperature, for a little less than 3 hours. Once at room temperature, cool it completely in the fridge.
