In a large microwave-safe mug melt the butter.
Next, use a pastry brush and coat the inside of the mug with the melted butter.
Add the egg, milk, and sugar to the mug. Mix for 30 seconds or until all is combined.
Finally add in the baking powder, salt, and flour. Mix until all is incorporated.
Fold in the chocolate chips and the sprinkles to the pancake mixture.
Place the mug in the microwave.
Set the microwave on high for 1 minute and 45 seconds to 2 minutes.
Allow the pancake to cool off for just 1 minute.
