Simple and Easy Air Fryer pizza on biscuit dough

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can (8 oz.) original flaky layers biscuit
  • ½ cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 4 oz (approximately 20 slices) pepperoni cut in quarters

Instructions
 

  • Open your can of biscuits and separate them. Take 2 and put the rest back in the fridge
  • With the 2 biscuits, carefully separate them in half. So you have 4 discs or pizzas.
  • Brush on each of them some butter.
  • Add the marinara sauce, about 2 teaspoons per pizza
  • Sprinkle some of the cheese and top with pepperoni pieces.
  • Bake in the air fryer at 400 degrees F on a manual setting for 5-6 minutes or until the cheese is melted
  • Once they are done, put them on a cooling rack to cool while you cook the other ones.
  • Repeat steps 2 to 7 until you have 16 little pizzas.

Notes

  1. Because my kitchen is always warm, I keep my dough refrigerated until I am ready to make the pizza or cook, which helps the dough to keep its flaky texture.
